Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rifle Paper Co. products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items, final sale products, and wallpaper samples are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the returned goods.
